By placing an order through Elite Pro Emporium, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking ID on the same working day (excluding holidays),
allowing you to track your parcel independently.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are required to record an unboxing video when receiving their parcel. This video is
mandatory in the case of damage-related claims.
3. Damage Claims Policy
In the rare event (approx. 1% chance) of receiving a damaged item, you are eligible for a replacement
product. A clear unboxing video showing the damage must be submitted as proof. No claims will be
processed without this video.
4. Replacement Shipment
Once your claim is approved, we will dispatch a replacement product and issue a new tracking ID on the
same day.
5. Modifications
Elite Pro Emporium reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions anytime. Changes will be
effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
